In 2020, we expanded our capabilities into advanced HVAC virtual 3D design. With the addition of a FARO S70 laser scanner, our team captures highly accurate, real-world building conditions—allowing us to design with precision before construction begins.

By integrating these scans into our modeling process, we can virtually place equipment within the actual space, identify potential conflicts early, and resolve coordination issues before they impact the jobsite. This approach improves accuracy, reduces rework, and ensures smoother installation—especially in complex or tight mechanical environments.
