We had utilized QMS for a new build a year prior that had gone very smoothly when we purchased a 40,000 square foot rehabilitation project with a few legacy tenants in the building. A month after closing we had an RTU go down and tried the then current periodic maintenance company for a quick replacement. This was mid-December. The current company ”may” have been able to source a unit and we might see it in 4-6 weeks. I called QMS who had one in stock that was put in service 3 days later. We now use QMS for all of our PM contracts and build-outs.
