Western NY Cemetery

Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was proud to provide mechanical construction services for the Western New York National Cemetery, a significant project dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans and their families. Completed in multiple phases, the project included the construction of a new entrance complex, administration building, maintenance facility, committal shelters, memorial walkway, columbarium structures, public information center, restrooms, and supporting site infrastructure. Phase 1A established approximately 4,000 burial sites for both traditional casket interments and in-ground cremation plots, creating the foundation for the cemetery’s long-term operation and future expansion. QMS provided comprehensive HVAC and mechanical system installations to support the maintenance, and public-use facilities throughout the campus. Our scope included heating, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust systems, controls integration, air distribution, equipment installation, and associated mechanical infrastructure designed to ensure year-round occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable facility operation. Given the importance and lasting significance of this national memorial site, QMS worked closely with the project team to deliver high-quality mechanical systems that meet the rigorous standards required for federal facilities. Through detailed planning, coordination, and execution, our team helped create a comfortable, efficient, and dependable environment that will serve veterans, their families, and visitors for generations to come.
