Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was selected to provide the complete HVAC installation package for a new multi-story self-storage facility in North Syracuse, New York. This large-scale commercial project required the design and installation of reliable heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to maintain proper environmental conditions throughout the facility while supporting efficient building operations. QMS furnished and installed 36 furnace systems and 36 condensing units, complete with refrigerant piping, equipment supports, venting systems, temperature controls, ductwork, registers, grilles, diffusers, and associated mechanical infrastructure. The project also included exhaust ventilation systems and gas-fired unit heaters to serve common and support areas throughout the building. The HVAC installation was executed across multiple floors and rooftop equipment locations, requiring detailed coordination, phased installation planning, and careful integration of gas piping, controls, ventilation, and mechanical systems. Startup, commissioning, and owner training were provided to ensure long-term reliability and optimal system performance. This project highlights QMS’s ability to successfully deliver large-scale commercial HVAC installations, providing dependable, energy-efficient mechanical solutions that support occupant comfort, facility protection, and long-term operational success.
