Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was selected to provide the HVAC renovation package for the Jason Gwilt Memorial Senior Apartments in Verona, New York. This multifamily housing modernization project focused on improving resident comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term system reliability through the replacement and upgrade of key mechanical systems throughout the property. QMS’s scope included the demolition of the existing air distribution system and installation of new ductwork serving residential units throughout the facility. The project also included the installation of two high-efficiency condensing boilers, new air conditioning systems, controls integration, and associated mechanical infrastructure designed to enhance building performance and occupant comfort. Working within an occupied senior housing environment required careful planning, coordination, and phased construction to minimize disruptions to residents while maintaining safe and reliable building operations.
