Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was selected to provide the complete HVAC and mechanical construction package for the Intrepid Lane Endoscopy & Surgery Center in Syracuse, New York. This state-of-the-art healthcare facility was designed to support specialized medical procedures while maintaining the strict environmental standards required for patient care, staff comfort, and operational reliability. QMS furnished and installed the facility’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and controls systems, including rooftop air handling equipment, ductwork, piping, terminal devices, insulation, and building automation integration. The project required precise coordination to meet healthcare ventilation requirements, maintain proper air pressurization relationships, and support critical clinical spaces throughout the facility. Utilizing advanced BIM coordination and detailed project planning, QMS collaborated closely with the owner, design team, and construction partners to ensure efficient installation and seamless integration of all mechanical systems. Special attention was given to indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability to create a comfortable and safe environment for patients, physicians, and healthcare staff. The completed facility provides modern outpatient surgical and endoscopy services supported by high-performance mechanical systems designed for long-term operation and compliance with healthcare industry standards.
