Greenies Golf Lounge

Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was selected to provide design-build HVAC services and commercial kitchen ventilation systems for Greenies Indoor Golf Lounge in Clay, New York. This unique entertainment venue combines state-of-the-art golf simulation with food and beverage service, requiring a mechanical system designed to deliver year-round comfort, proper ventilation, and an exceptional guest experience. As part of the project, QMS performed a 3D laser scan of the facility, completed HVAC load calculations, developed detailed shop drawings, and coordinated construction activities to ensure a seamless installation. The HVAC system was designed to maintain comfortable indoor conditions throughout the facility while supporting the unique operational requirements of an indoor golf entertainment environment. The project also included installation of a commercial kitchen exhaust hood system, fire-wrapped exhaust ductwork, rooftop exhaust equipment, and a dedicated make-up air unit. QMS coordinated closely with electrical and fire suppression contractors to deliver a complete and code-compliant kitchen ventilation solution. Through advanced design-build expertise, BIM-driven coordination, and quality craftsmanship, QMS delivered a comprehensive mechanical solution that supports occupant comfort, indoor air quality, and reliable operation, helping bring one of Central New York’s newest entertainment destinations to life.
