CODA on Crouse Student Housing

Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) is proud to provide the complete mechanical construction package for the CODA mixed-use residential development located in Syracuse’s university district at the corner of East Genesee Street and South Crouse Avenue. This landmark six-story, 300,000 SF development features 282 modern residential units consisting of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with the restoration and adaptive reuse of a historic Ward Wellington Ward structure located on site. QMS’s scope includes the installation of HVAC systems, hydronic piping, ventilation systems, refrigerant piping, exhaust systems, controls coordination, and associated mechanical infrastructure throughout the facility. The project includes a wide range of resident amenities supported by advanced mechanical systems, including collaborative workspaces, fitness and yoga studios, gaming and media rooms, indoor café areas, podcast studios, outdoor recreation spaces, heated pool and hot tub areas, cabanas, and courtyard gathering spaces. Through detailed BIM coordination, advanced project planning, and quality craftsmanship, QMS is helping deliver a modern, high-performance residential development designed for long-term comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
