Quality Mechanical Services (QMS) was selected to provide mechanical installation services for a compressed air system expansion at Anoplate Corporation’s manufacturing facility in Syracuse, New York. The project was designed to enhance production reliability and increase compressed air capacity to support ongoing manufacturing operations. QMS’s scope included the installation of two customer-furnished L75 air compressors, an RPC1000 air treatment system, a 660-gallon air receiver with no-loss drain, and a new 2.5-inch compressed air distribution network. The project also included installation of interconnecting piping, equipment supports, condensate drainage systems, and associated compressed air infrastructure required to create a complete and operational air system. Working within an active manufacturing environment, QMS coordinated the installation to minimize disruption to facility operations while ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable system startup. The new compressed air system was designed to improve system redundancy, enhance air delivery performance, and support the facility’s long-term production requirements.
