QMS is proud to provide the installation and coordination of a large-scale walk-in cooler system designed to support demanding commercial refrigeration applications. This project features a custom cooler enclosure measuring nearly 30 feet by 28 feet with a finished height of over 13 feet, creating substantial cold-storage capacity for the facility. Working alongside the owner-furnished equipment package, our team handled the complete unloading, staging, assembly, and installation of the cooler system and refrigeration equipment. The project includes a 40,000 BTU outdoor condensing unit paired with dual indoor evaporators to provide reliable and balanced temperature control throughout the space. Additional scope included installation of a heavy-duty 72” x 84” sliding cooler door, low-voltage control integration, condensate drainage systems, equipment startup, and owner training to ensure long-term operational success. This project highlights QMS’s ability to coordinate and execute complex refrigeration installations while maintaining quality craftsmanship, efficient scheduling, and professional system commissioning from start to finish.
