QMS is proud to announce that we are teaming up with Huber-Breuer Construction Co. on the exciting redevelopment project at 311 Genant Drive in Syracuse, NY.
The project will transform the historic former industrial building into approximately 75 new apartment units, helping bring new life and investment to the area near the I-81 corridor redevelopment. As part of this major renovation effort, QMS will be serving as the HVAC contractor on site, providing mechanical systems expertise and support throughout construction.
We are excited to be part of a project that contributes to the continued growth and revitalization of the Syracuse community and look forward to working alongside the Huber-Breuer team to bring this development to life.
