Celebrating Luke Kelly’s Promotion!

Luke Kelly was promoted to Vice President of Construction. He was our Virtual Design/BIM Construction Manager.

His new role includes Virtual design/BIM coordination, lead construction operations across our commercial new build, design build, refrigeration, and install heavy service portfolio. He will lead project execution, drive predictable outcomes for safety, scheduling, quality, and profitability through planning. He will develop and coach project management and field leadership teams through establishing clear accountability and performance standards. Lastly, he will maintain strong client relationships and serve as an executive escalation point when required.

Luke has been with us for 6 years, and we are very excited to see where he takes us in the coming years! This promotion reflects our continued investment in strong leadership, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
